James Kearins joined Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC after earning a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. He exclusively works on industrial leasing and investment sales in the Greater Boston CRE Market. This Specific Focus, along with his Real Estate Economics Expertise and Commitment to Assiduous Service, bring the great transactional results James’s clients expect.
Rick’s 25 plus years of experience has seen him in the position of senior broker and office director in some of the country’s largest real estate organizations. His extensive knowledge of the Southern New England market makes him conversant in all aspects of the region’s real estate. His pool of contacts developed throughout the years allows him to uncover opportunities that are invisible to many in the marketplace.
Bryan Glennon specializes in advising clients in the commercial real estate industry. Bryan was recruited in order to broaden the capacity of the Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC’s Massachusetts brokerage team. Prior to joining Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC, Bryan attended the University of Massachusetts followed by a successful career in the Hospitality Industry specializing in special event items and food & beverage service. Bryan’s focus is equally spread between tenant and landlord representation in the suburban 128/495 market.
